Membranes of Memory

Yesterday my grandparents let me hunt through their archive of family photographs going back to the Victorian era.


I intend to "photo-manipulate" these scans through stitch, once they are transferred to fabric.

This last one is my favourite; I think they look like three sirens, sister spirits of the sea.
